Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?
Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation via email. 
 
I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 
We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Due to this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest of your ordered products.
Please rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once, the rest of your order is on its way!
 
How can I contact you?

How do I track my package?
We will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please note that it can take up to 3-7 days for the tracking information to be updated. Once you receive your tracking number, go to Track Order to enter your tracking number and follow your order.
 
I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?
If you did not get a tracking number after 3 days of placing your order you can simply email us and we will gladly provide you with one. 
 
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship generally within 10-14 days. 

You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10-20 days to receive your order. 

Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. Engadgetry can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
